Position Overview
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify develop and maintain relationships with key clients corporate accounts travel agencies and event organizers.
- Proactively source new business opportunities through networking prospecting and market research.
- Conduct sales calls site inspections and presentations to promote the company.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue across rooms F&B and events.
Revenue Generation & Strategy:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by optimizing sales opportunities in corporatesegments.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to ensure optimal pricing and inventory management.
- Analyze competitor trends market conditions and guest feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Participate in sales blitzes trade shows and industry events to increase brand visibility.
