Position Overview
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the market. Reporting to the General Manager this role would supervise sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values, establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure achievement of company sales goals and profitability
- Responsible for Target setting by Brand, Category, Customer & salesman to ensure that all staff have clear targets & objectives
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Manage monthly scheme with the trade & coordinate with Brand Principal
