🔎 What You’ll Be Responsible For:

✔ Develop and implement strategic sales plans
✔ Drive revenue growth and control expenses
✔ Set and monitor individual & team sales targets
✔ Track performance and report on sales results
✔ Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
✔ Coordinate with marketing on lead generation
✔ Provide ongoing training, coaching, and product knowledge support
✔ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✔ Promote company products and ensure excellent customer service
✔ Support the Dealer Principal with additional operational duties
