What You'll Do
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for Rockwell's properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Create and analyze market and industry metrics to formulate strategies and business direction.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
