Position Overview

This is a remote position. The Sales Manager Casablanca is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth across KOFISI Casablanca centre. Reporting to the VP Commercial, the role owns the full sales cycle from lead generation and broker relationship management through to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure while leading and developing the local sales team. This is a proactive, commercially driven role for someone with a strong track record in B2B sales, an understanding of the North Africa / Francophone workspace and property ecosystem, and the relationship skills to build a broker network that consistently generates qualified opportunities.
