Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to grow our sales operations from our Cape Town office. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies and managing key customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales to quarterly and annual inbound/revenue targets whilst ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.


• Build and maintain long term relationships with existing customers (Partner Management).


• Act as liaison between the customer and internal teams ensuring customer needs are effectively communicated and met.


• Participate and negotiate sales terms and contracts.


• Ensure sales activity are managed effectively within Salesforce in order to achieve set sales targets.


• Remain abreast of new developments in the market by our competitors and report to management.
