Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving sales targets
- Develop and implement product strategies to achieve the company's business goals.
- Conduct and lead weekly business review meeting to coordinate about sales KPI’s and strategy
- Collaborate with the sales team to increase product sales and provide sales support.
- Builds, develops, and strengthens distribution infrastructure
- Perform product performance analysis to measure success and identify improvement opportunities
- Build strong partnership with potential customers and key stakeholders in respective areas
- To handle any other tasks that are assigned on need basis
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager
- Having basic selling techniques and negotiation skills
