**The Impact You'll Make**

As our Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role for new business development, managing key accounts and achieving sales objectives.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Propose individual annual goal and fulfill the goal
+ Develop new business, dig out and follow up design-in and design-win projects
+ Manage key accounts and maintain good customer relationship
+ Report the account plan, visit report, business review report，monthly report etc.
+ Cross selling of solution products
+ Support marketing team for market survey and promotion plan
