A leading FMCG organisation in the professional beauty and aesthetics sector is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and oversee operations across the Western and Eastern Cape. Key Responsibilities Deliver on regional sales budgets and ambitious growth targets. Identify and secure new accounts while strengthening existing channels. Lead and motivate a high-performance regional team to exceed KPIs. Ensure brand presence through compliance with trade guidelines and promotional targets. Consolidate and analyse sales data to inform strategic decision‑making. Report weekly to the National Sales Manager on regional performance.
