Position Overview
Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities (corporate clients, wedding planners, agencies)
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize ballroom occupancy and revenue
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Communicate client requirements clearly to all departments
- Attend key events to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
- Adjust sales tactics based on demand, seasonality, and local events
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and revenue forecasts
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
Qualifications :
- Bachelorβs degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in sales (preferably in hospitality, events, or...
