About The Role

This newly created role, due to growth, leads and develops an NZ‑wide team of dedicated Arthroplasty sales representatives. Reporting to the NZ Country Lead, you’ll be accountable for achieving budgeted sales targets through effective coaching, strategic territory planning, disciplined CRM execution, and strong field leadership.
