Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Manage annual sales planning, sales activities and campaigns together with the General Manager.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team, set clear goals and priorities to achieve annual targets.
  • Directly manage key customers’ commercial agreements.
  • Conduct distribution analysis and prospect new business opportunities by collecting market intelligence data.
  • Ensure customer target achievement and support the year‑end rebates analysis and application.
