Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage annual sales planning, sales activities and campaigns together with the General Manager.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, set clear goals and priorities to achieve annual targets.
- Directly manage key customers’ commercial agreements.
- Conduct distribution analysis and prospect new business opportunities by collecting market intelligence data.
- Ensure customer target achievement and support the year‑end rebates analysis and application.
- Define sales tactics for each product category and customer group.
- Support the launch and introduction of new products.
- Plan sales activities and coordinate the sales team.
- Achieve sales targets, supporting the team in attaining profitable business goals.
