About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales performance through our exclusive brokerage partner. This role is pivotal in aligning internal objectives with external sales execution, managing unit pricing and inventory release, and ensuring the successful delivery of sales strategies for premium residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the developer and the exclusive brokerage partner.
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies, pricing structures, and inventory release plans to meet revenue targets.
- Manage the approval cycles for unit pricing, discounts, and promotions.
