**_POSITION SUMMARY:_** The TMBC Power Sports Sales Lead assists the Marine Group Sales Manager provide daily direction to include merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, sales team training, coaching and support, and customer service experience. Additionally, the role is responsible for performing selling and customer service activities to assist Boat and ATV customers in making informed buying decisions.

+ Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
+ Engage all customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner.
