Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and coach inside sales team; Manage KPIs through reviews and action plans.
- Sales Operations: Generate new accounts via outbound prospecting; Support campaigns; Close deals; Maintain CRM accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps; Collaborate cross-functionally to solve issues and sales escalations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports; Analyze trends to guide coaching and strategy enhancements.
Requirements:
- High School graduate
- Excellent English communication
- At least 3 years of experience in contact center (B2B/SaaS)
- At least 2 years tenure in Supervisory role
