Responsibilities
Sales Administration
Manage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and ensure smooth progression to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and sales pipeline.
Lead Management & Demo Support
Arrange and book product demos with prospects.
Follow up on demos to capture feedback and move opportunities forward.
Support the sales team with preparation and delivery of proposals and quotes.
Quoting & Documentation
Create and send quotes to prospective customers.
Assist in tracking contracts, agreements, and renewals.
Lead Generation
Research and identify new potential leads and target accounts.
Support outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, etc.).
