Key Responsibilities - Project Management
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through completion and handover
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure project delivery aligns with approved schedules, budgets, and specifications
- Client & Contract Administration
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients
- Manage project scope changes, variation orders, and contractual documentation
- Maintain formal records of client instructions, approvals, and correspondence
- Technical & Site Coordination
- Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and submissions
- Resolve construction and coordination issues across trades
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved design intent
