Role Summary
Salt is hiring a ‘Sales Growth Executive’ who is responsible for validating customer interest and testing willingness to pay for our various HR products through outbound customer engagement. The Growth Executive communicates with existing customers and may propose new solutions, with the aim of proving desirability, feasibility and viability of our new offerings.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a cross‑functional team to brainstorm, gather necessary information and insights for initiative design and planning.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to new business ideas.
- Use qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, interviews, database research, and competitive analysis.
