- Manage and develop existing distributor accounts (approx. 60%), including relationship maintenance, business expansion, and coordination on pricing, inventory, and delivery - Conduct new business development (approx. 40%) together with distributors, from initial approach to deal closure and post-analysis (PDCA cycle) - Coordinate internally with related departments and prepare sales reports, proposals, and data analysis using Excel/PowerPoint - Maintain strong communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring smooth business operations and long-term partnerships
