Position Overview
Responsibilities - Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to promote immigration services.
- Explain visa and migration programs professionally and accurately.
- Conduct initial client assessments and eligibility evaluations.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on immigration programs, policies, and industry developments.
Qualifications - Previous experience in Immigration Advisory.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
