Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Research and monitor sectorial skill trend, customer demand and the competitive landscape to support sales strategy development.
- Research and analyse client’s business needs to identify sales opportunities.
- Cross-sell / upsell training solutions to existing clients based on their needs.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client’s organisation.
- Develop new accounts within assigned sectors of business segments.
- Prepare sales proposal and quotations.
- Provide responses to client’s enquiries and feedback.
- Regularly monitor and report on sales metrics (e.g. Sales Achieved vs Sales Target).
- Achieve assigned sales goals.
- Suggest actions to improve personal and team sales performance.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by direct reporting superior or from the management team.
