Duties and Responsibilities

• Retail sales duties at showroom, inclusive of promoting interior design services
• Respond and follow up with customers’ queries in a polite and friendly manner
• Engage customers by understanding their expectations and presenting them with design proposals
• Manage the whole sales cycle, such as providing support to customers on product selection, with regards to interior design
• Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders such as logistics, procurement, project teams and sub-contractors
• Perform sales quotations, orders, reports
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills
• Knowledge in interior design
• Demonstrate positive attitude and responsibility
• Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh grads are welcomed as well
