Responsibilities Achieve allocated individual/Country’s assigned Industry segment/account Sales Target as well as organize, plan, and manage the Sales activities (Customer Visits and Engagement) of LAPP product in Singapore. Ensuring a smooth operation of the sales support and customer care scope. To manage and monitor customer and product information in the SAP database. To manage and ensure the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM – C4C) is used as per Company’s guidelines and policies. Conduct sales by prospecting, qualifying and generating sales via outdoor sales activities. Manage Customer Visits and engagement by proactive contact of existing and potential customers. Manage requests for information and online presentations. To identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales process.
