Position Overview
5.5 DAYS work week.
- Answering incoming calls and replying email.
- Provide quick response to customer enquiry.
- Follow up the quotation within 24 hours.
- Oversee end-to-end process of customers’ orders (negotiating, closing, delivery and payment collection).
- Provide good customer service while attending to sales enquires.
- Call / Text customer to confirm the next-day appointment.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Responsible for scheduling the Technician’s daily job.
- Filling in all confirmed appointments into the system.
- Prepares quotation for Replacement or New aircon installation.
- Liaise follow up with clients via email / phone call/ SMS / whatsapp.
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of sales target.
- Assists Mini Project Departments on other departments related matters.
- Other required Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager.
