Present and sell freight forwarding services including air freight, ocean freight, project cargo, and bulk shipments to existing and prospective customers;
Proactively identify, hunt, and develop new business opportunities;
Understand customer logistics requirements and propose suitable shipping and supply chain solutions;
Establish, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth;
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs within agreed timelines;
Coordinate closely with operations, customer service, and other internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery;
Prepare regular reports on customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance;
Ensure compliance with Customs procedures and relevant trade regulations.
