RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures the timely and accurate preparation of sales order, follow‑up of account collectibles and timely scheduling and execution deliveries.
- Attend to and handle customer queries and complaints.
- Contact and qualify new customers via phone, email, e‑commerce and social media platforms.
- Manage leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, follow‑up on leads and tracking progress towards meeting sales goal.
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients.
- Handle client queries.
