Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and business outreach for franchise and B2B sales opportunities
• Identify potential franchise partners, distributors, and retail clients
• Handle follow-ups, meetings, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Present franchise opportunities and manage the sales process from lead to closure
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for franchise partners
• Develop B2B sales for tea leaves and tea boxes with retail outlets and distributors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
• Conduct market research and share regular sales updates with management
