Drive sales growth and market penetration of Septodont’s dental products in the assigned territory. Build lasting customer relationships, engage with dental professionals, ensure timely collections, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Sales Achievement & Target Management
Achieve sales targets by monitoring performance metrics such as target vs achievement, collection efficiency, and customer conversion rates.Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments to maintain financial discipline and healthy cash flow.Strategically plan and execute OPD campaigns to maximize new customer onboarding and targeting atleast 60% conversion rate per sale.Establish strong partnerships with dental colleges to integrate SHIPL products into their academic and clinical practices.Customer Engagement & Business Development
