To secure, manage and achieve maximum sales in events, social & recreational activities, etc. to meet revenue forecasts.
Develop, service and manage designated accounts, maintaining relationship with key accounts.
Identify new business opportunities, follow up on business referrals/enquiries and potential sales.
Conduct site inspection for potential clients.
Generate proposals and contracts.
Communicate client’s needs to respective departments, handle any issues that may arise, coordinate with suppliers and respective internal departments to resolve issues to maximise guest satisfaction.
Provide feedback to Sales Leadership on market situation and competitors’ activities.
Generate ‘out of box’ ideas for sales and motivational initiatives in developing promotional packages and sales strategies.
Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.
