Execute all sales activities in line with the department's business objectives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Proactively identify solicit and secure transient group and meeting business in accordance with the hotel's sales strategy.
Ensure adherence to established selling strategies and optimize every opportunity for up‑selling and revenue enhancement.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the property's unique selling points, features, amenities, services and operational policies to effectively promote the hotel.
Prepare corporate and government proposal letters, annual contracts and other related business correspondences with accuracy and professionalism.
Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities and evolving client requirements to identify new business opportunities.
