Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute all sales activities in line with the department's business objectives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Proactively identify solicit and secure transient group and meeting business in accordance with the hotel's sales strategy.
  • Ensure adherence to established selling strategies and optimize every opportunity for up‑selling and revenue enhancement.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the property's unique selling points, features, amenities, services and operational policies to effectively promote the hotel.
  • Prepare corporate and government proposal letters, annual contracts and other related business correspondences with accuracy and professionalism.
