This is a role that sits at the intersection of clinical excellence, personalised service and commercial performance.

As a trusted first point of contact, the successful patient concierge sales executive will guide patients through a seamless, discreet and highly personalised journey from initial enquiry through to appointment completion.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, and working closely with Consultants, clinical teams and senior stakeholders, you will take ownership of inbound enquiries (initially within Health Screening), ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy and attention to detail.
