Position Overview
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
-At least 1–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or account management (logistics experience is an advantage)
-Strong understanding of logistics operations (warehousing, transport, distribution) is a plus
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
-Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email); experience with WMS/TMS is an advantage
-Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Identify and develop new business opportunities for warehousing, transport, and logistics services
-Manage client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow through on sales leads
