Position Overview
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
At least 1–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or account management
(logistics experience is an advantage)
Strong understanding of logistics operations (warehousing, transport, distribution) is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email); experience with WMS/TMS is an
advantage
Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for warehousing, transport, and logistics services
Manage client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow through on sales leads
Coordinate with Warehouse, Transport, and Operations teams to ensure accurate service execution
