Assist & liaise between customers and SGS technical teams to provide follow‑up and feedback for technical questions and specification needs.
Visit existing customers periodically for contract reviews.
To support & maintain existing contracts database.
Ensure customers are responded to adequately by customer care group.
Produce customer quotations as required.
Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by upholding good safety behaviour and exercising necessary standards and processes when carrying out responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer care, sales or business development in a technical services or industrial capacity.
