Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new business through strategic sales outreach
- Build strong market networks in Karachi to track trends, competition, and high‑value opportunities
- Provide regular sales activity updates and market insights to support management decision‑making
- Identify and secure profitable business, promoting Value‑Added Services (VAS) and premium freight opportunities
- Monitor special equipment availability and optimize container utilization to improve operational efficiency
