The incumbent will maintain high levels of customer interaction, foster strong client relationships, and drive customer satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include deal management, after-sales coordination, supplier liaison, and adherence to company policies including SHE and best practices. The role requires diligent monitoring of sales administration, invoicing, and payment processes to achieve or exceed sales targets, market share, and profitability.
