Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and secure new business for commercial renovation and interior refurbishment projects.
• Handle client inquiries related to office renovations, retail refurbishments, and commercial upgrades.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for renovation proposals and BOQs.
• Prepare and present cost estimates, proposals, and timelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above.
• At least years of sales experience in commercial renovation / interior fit-out.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Target-driven with strong follow-up abilities.

Salary:

$3,000 to $5,000
