Work Days: 6 days per week (1 weekday off) (Weekend availability mandatory )
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

- Call and follow up with leads generated from ads, website, walk-ins, and referrals
- Introduce Kotson Mattress and explain key benefits of organic latex
- Qualify customers and understand their sleep concerns and requirements
- Book showroom appointments for interested prospects
- Maintain proper follow-up schedules and CRM updates
- Handle WhatsApp inquiries and respond professionally
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion goals
- Build long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up
