JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: . Prospect and promote jewellery products and services to walk-in as well as our online platforms' customers . Attend to customers' queries in-store and online stores . Responding promptly to customer inquiries through chat (FB Messenger, Instagram, Tiktok, Carousell, WhatsApp, Emails) and inbound calls
. Ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction . Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets . Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented . Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed . Inventory management - support merchandise transfer, stock take, inventory counts . Work in a team to develop marketing strategies to bring more revenue to the store and the digital sales .
