Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and acquire new customers for freight forwarding services (Air Freight or Sea Freight)
- Conduct cold calls, client visits, networking, and lead generation to build new business pipelines.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and service presentations for potential clients.
- Negotiate rates and service terms with customers.
- Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure service feasibility and competitive pricing.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelorβs Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
