Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle B2B sales in the Food Ingredients / FMCG sector. The role involves managing existing clients, developing new business, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow B2B customer accounts in the food/FMCG industry
- Drive sales through new client acquisition and concept selling
- Achieve assigned sales targets under pressure
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- B.Tech / M.Tech mandatory
- 0–4 years of sales experience (Food Industry / FMCG preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Prior B2B sales exposure is an advantage
