Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and win new business opportunities through outbound phone sales activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell.
- Manage inbound enquiries, converting leads into sales through effective needs‑based conversations.
- Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial contact through to close.
