Fully in charge of all assigned MLO/NVOCC account for their requirements on all trade lanes and basic follow up calls.
Actively participate in the end-to-end sales process involving proposal/quotation/BAF notice/Rate Negotiation/Closing spot Ad hoc rates
Ensure dead freight contracts are running well and in case of any assistance ensure regular calls are done to the concerned client for dead freight arrangement.
Ensure and achieve the sales target set for various trade/service corridors. Oversee agency performance.
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship through regular calls and customers meetings. Handle customer complaints and provide corrective actions promptly.
Identify customers needs, opportunities and key buying factors to provide tailor made solutions.
Attend to customers queries on product and service on daily basis.
