Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and performance of all marketing and sales activities.Maintaining and developing a computerized customer and prospect database.Establish plan and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.To identify potential customers in the market and to probe for opportunities for market share increment.Other Assignments:
Plan, organise and control of department activities such as costing, quotation, tender etc.Resources and manpower planning to maximise utilization to meet the sales target.Analyse and review customerβs feedback on project works and laboratory services.Handling of customer complaints and feedback to customer to ensure proper resolution.Ensure customer satisfaction through close monitoring of project report on time delivery.Study and understand the market competi...
