Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales coordination and administrative activities, including pricing adjustments, quotation preparation, and system updates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries related to delivery timelines, quality requirements, and environmental compliance matters
- Assist in new customer acquisition and account growth through presentations, proposals, and business development initiatives
- Coordinate sales-related projects, including progress tracking, meeting documentation, sample requests, and datasheet control
- Prepare sales forecasts and support the implementation of sales strategies to meet revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
