Fully Kitchen Equipment Sdn Bhd – Bayan Lepas, Penang
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach new business opportunities — restaurants, hotels, cafes, schools, hospitals, F&B chains, and contractors
- Conduct regular sales visits, product presentations, and site assessments for prospective clients
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable commercial kitchen equipment solutions
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals in collaboration with the sales admin team
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry contacts
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to generate leads
- Provide accurate market and competitor feedback to management
- Coordinate with HQ for smooth handover of confirmed orders including delivery and installation scheduling
