A Sales Executive – Automotive Bodyshop Paints sells and promotes automotive refinish paints, coatings and related products to workshops, bodyshops and dealers, and grows revenue and market share in an assigned territory.

Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Unit Head – Refinish / Area Manager.
Key Responsibilities - Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and margin targets for automotive bodyshop paints, thinners, primers, clear coats and related consumables.
- Identify, qualify and develop new bodyshop accounts; regularly visit existing customers to retain and grow business.
- Conduct product presentations, demos and paint‑system trials at customer sites in coordination with technical support where required.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, promotions and annual agreements within company guidelines to close deals.
