- Create, assist and confirm the meeting with (potential) clients
- Follow up the status of client/sā deals
- Assist walk-in client/s
- Prepare Service Level Agreements for customers
- Assist the Executive Team
- Meeting coordination with clients and/or the direct supervisor
- Managing the calendar of the direct supervisor
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the direct supervisor and/or employer
