A leading global engineering services organization is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Middle East region, with a primary focus on the UAE market.

This role is ideal for a strong “hunter” profile with a proven background in selling outsourced engineering services to EPC companies and National Oil Companies (NOCs) within the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors.

The successful candidate will leverage existing GCC industry networks to develop new business opportunities, manage strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth across major engineering and EPC projects.
