Responsibilities - Developand execute account strategies to grow revenue and strengthen customer loyalty
- Serveas the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
- Buildstrong, consultative relationships with customer decision-makers andinfluencers
- Identifycustomer challenges and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effectivesolutions
- Monitoraccount performance, sales pipelines, and key metrics
- Promote and propose Trane Chiller/CDU/FWU/Controlssolutions to Data Center consultants and owners
- Supportbid responses, specifications review, project scoping, and value engineeringrecommendations, and tender follow-up
- Leadcontract negotiations, renewals, and business reviews
- Coordinatecross-functional support (sales, service, engineering, operations, finance)
